How the Warranty Process Works

Wolfhaus Fullmoon LED Headlight Warranty Claim

So the unfortunate day of having to file a warranty claim for your beloved Fullmoon LED Headlight has come. But don’t fret, the Wolfhaus Limited Lifetime Warranty has you covered and it’s a very simple process. Are you ready to receive your warranty replacement? Let’s get started!

1.) Record a 15-second video of the defective issue with your Fullmoon LED Headlight. Go ahead and send that video to [email protected]

2.) Once we’ve verified the issue in your video, send us your defective headlight via USPS using their “Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box (11x8.5x5.5) Shipping for this will be on your behalf but don’t worry, once we’ve received your headlight we’ll reimburse you for your shipping via PayPal.

3.) After verifying the defective issue with your headlight, we’ll be sending you a brand new Fullmoon LED Headlight!
